What an internal team bot looks like
An internal bot is for teams with many approvals and little order: requests get lost in chats, the manager collects reports by hand, and nobody shows newcomers where to start. It suits HR and operations managers, teams of 10 or more and companies with remote employees. See also: process automation.
- For HR and operations managers. Leave, equipment and certificate requests follow a clear approval route instead of private messages.
- For remote teams. Employees use the messenger they already know, with nothing to install or learn beforehand.
Approximate display: images and texts are chosen as an example. In your project the features, design and architecture will be different, built for your goals.
Internal bot for teams — €1 190
One chat for work processes: onboarding new hires, requests, leave and staff reports. Less back-and-forth and fewer manual spreadsheets for managers.
We show the price upfront. The bot, spreadsheets and accounts are registered in your name, and infrastructure costs €0 at the start. You edit scenarios and texts yourself, and we add new processes. Permissions are set by role: an employee, a manager and HR see different things, and employee data is available only to people you have given rights to.
Good for: teams of 10+ people with lots of approvals · HR and operations managers · Companies with remote staff

Turnkey promotion: where your customers will come from
As processes grow, teams add an admin panel with roles and data transfer to their own system. For questions about internal policies an AI assistant for employees fits, and a KPI system helps assess team performance. A bot does not find users on its own: channels bring people in.
A bot works when people come to it. Turnkey promotion: buttons on the website, ads that lead straight into the chat, social media and offline QR codes. The report shows how many people started a conversation and how many left a request.
Turnkey promotion: stages and prices
Every month you get a report: how many requests came in and what each one cost. You pay the ad budget directly to the platforms.
So customers keep coming every month, not just on launch day
We will choose 1–3 channels for your business and budget, launch them, and show you every month what a request costs.
