A design system is for products that have both a website and an app, and for teams with several designers and developers. It is especially useful when a platform grows in parts and every new screen risks looking different. For a small project a brand identity is often enough, and we will say so plainly. How a design system is created

First we look at what already exists and find inconsistencies: different buttons, fonts and spacing across pages. Then we build the palette, components and standard screens, agree them with you and write the documentation. At the end we hand over files and instructions to the developer. Moving it into code is done by your team or a separate project.

If you do not have a brand identity yet, it is convenient to create it before the system or together with it. After that, screens can be built as a web app, user account or platform, and for a mobile app we can prepare the interface design. A short 15-minute questionnaire: what the business is, who it is for, what you need and by when. By voice, text or a call.

2. Quote and contract
We fix the scope, price, deadline and payment schedule. The amount does not grow without your written consent.

3. Payment
We invoice your company. Pay by bank transfer or by card.

From €1,990. The price depends on the number of screens and the state of the current design. We give the exact amount after a short review.
How do I pay for the work?
If the total is under €2,000, payment is 100% at the start. From €2,000 the schedule is 50% at the start, 25% after the product map and design, and 25% after acceptance.
Does a small project need a design system?
A brand identity is often enough. We will tell you if the system is worth doing later.
How is a design system different from a brand identity?
A brand identity defines recognition: logo, colors, fonts, materials. A design system describes how to build interfaces: buttons, forms, screens and states.
Is this tied to your development?
It is connected, but we hand over the result in a form any team can use. You do not have to order development from us.
Does it include moving screens into code?
No. We hand over files and instructions, and your team or a separate project does the coding.
