Web application development and portals: an internal tool from €6,900
Orders, stock or request tracking, staff roles and reports in one service that opens in the browser. Price and timeline are known before work starts.

What a web application and portal look like
While orders are few, a spreadsheet is enough. When five people edit it, data drifts apart and the manager cannot see the picture without manual assembly, it is time to move to a web application (a program that runs in the browser and needs no installation). Such an app gives each employee their own screen and the manager the overall picture. See also: CRM built around your processes, automating one workflow.
- An internal tool for your team. Stock, orders, requests, contractor tasks: what the team does every day and what now lives in chats and spreadsheets.
- A customer portal. Customers see their own orders, documents and statuses themselves. We build the customer portal as a separate module and connect it to the internal tool.
Approximate display: images and texts are chosen as an example. In your project the features, design and architecture will be different, built for your goals.
Web app and portals — from €6 900
An internal service that runs in the browser on any device: order, warehouse or request tracking, staff roles, reports. It replaces spreadsheets and chat threads with one clear system.
For International Lyceum Discovery School we built role-based accounts, a CRM and teacher metrics. For duck.credit, a customer account, scoring and a CRM. For GRONO, a cashback platform for private education. Every project has the same core: roles, data, reports.
We show prices upfront, the code sits in your repository and the accounts are registered to you. Infrastructure at the start costs €0 (Cloudflare, GitHub, Supabase, Resend). Ready-made modules from real projects, such as roles, portals and notifications, save weeks of work.
Good for: companies that run processes in spreadsheets and messengers · Teams with several roles: managers, warehouse, management · Businesses that need a service built around their rules, not a generic one

How we develop a web application
The steps switch automatically, or click any of them to read more.
We start with a short review of the process and a list of screens, then show a working prototype on which the team tries real scenarios. After revisions we build the main part, connect your systems and launch with a small group of staff. If the task is larger, we begin with an architecture session for €3,500, which is credited towards the project. See also: dedicated team.

An internal tool for a team starts from €6,900. The exact price depends on the number of roles, screens and integrations. We name it after reviewing the task, before work begins.
How long does development take?
4–6 weeks for an internal tool. Complex products with several roles and payments take longer, and we start them with an architecture session.
How is a web application different from a website?
A website tells and collects leads, while a web application works with data: tracking, roles, reports, statuses. Often they are two modules of one system.
Do staff need to install anything?
No, the app opens in the browser on any device. If needed, it can be given an installable icon on the phone.
Is a customer portal included in this price?
No, the customer portal is a separate module. It can be added to the first version or later.
Who owns the app code?
You do. The code is in your repository and the service accounts are registered to you.
Can the app be connected to a CRM and a website?
Yes, we build links as separate integrations from €690 each.
