SaaS and MVP development: pricing plans, payment and accounts
SaaS is your product, with access sold to many customers by subscription. We build SaaS turnkey from €44,900: pricing plans, recurring billing, a new customer's first steps and an owner dashboard.
Platforms and SaaSTimeline: after the architecture session, from 3 months
What a SaaS service with subscription looks like
We work with founders who have an idea for a service, and with companies that want to turn an internal tool into a product to sell. The main problem is that it is unclear where to start, how much it costs and how not to burn the budget on features nobody will use. We suggest first describing the product, choosing a minimal first version (MVP) and launching it, and only then adding features.
- What an MVP is, in simple terms. An MVP is a minimal version of a product that solves one main task and lets you check whether people need it. It is not a prototype in pictures but a working service with real users.
- MVP or prototype: what is the difference. A prototype shows how the product will look but does not work. An MVP works, takes payment and collects data, but contains only what is essential.
Approximate display: images and texts are chosen as an example. In your project the features, design and architecture will be different, built for your goals.
Subscription SaaS service — from €44 900
Your product, with access sold to many clients by subscription. We build the whole service: a new client's first steps, plans, payment, accounts and a panel for you as the owner.
Trendo is a platform for AI video and avatars with an internal currency and billing. Life Wellness Wave has subscriptions, ranks, an LMS and 18 languages. duck.credit is online lending with scoring, customer verification and an account area. These projects show how accounts, pricing plans, payments and customer management fit together. See also: subscriptions and club, fintech platform.
- What can be taken as a base. Billing, roles, accounts and emails are already written. We will show what suits your product and cut the time to the first version.
We show prices upfront and do not hide the estimate behind "let's discuss on a call". The design is built with no templates. The code is in your repository, and the domain and service accounts are registered to you, so the product is yours from day one. Infrastructure costs €0 at the start and grows with your load, and login, roles, payment and emails come from ready modules from our projects. See also: custom software.
- How we work with startups. We suggest starting with a minimal version and growing on data. That way the budget goes to what brings customers, not to a nice but unnecessary feature.
Suits: Founders with an idea for a service that can be sold by subscription · Companies turning an internal tool into a product · Teams that need a first version ready to take payments
What is included in a SaaS service with subscription from €44,900
One price for the whole list: no extra charges for hours or individual items.

The project starts with an architecture session for €3,500, which is credited toward the cost. See also: architecture session, turnkey platform.
- SaaS pricing models. Tiered subscription, per-user payment, usage-based payment or a mix. We choose the model together and build it into the plans and billing.
- Multi-tenant architecture in simple terms. One service serves many customers, and each customer's data is isolated. We build this scheme in if your product is for companies with teams.

- A new client's first stepsStep-by-step hints lead a new user to their first benefit. The faster the first entry, the fewer people leave.

- The product's core featureThe heart of your service: what clients pay for. We define its scope at the session, and the final price depends on it.
- Service owner accountAll clients, subscriptions, revenue and usage in one place. You can see who pays, who is on a trial and who has left.
- Admin panel with rolesManagement of clients, plans and support with permissions for staff: support sees one thing, finance another.

- Growing load and backupsThe service is built to handle a growing number of clients, and the data is kept in backups.
- Launch and handoverWe connect the domain, check payment and subscriptions on test data, and hand over access and instructions.
Approximate display: images and texts are chosen as an example. In your project the features, design and architecture will be different, built for your goals.
What to add to a SaaS service
Optional, now or later. The price is fixed before work starts.
We adapt the service to the market: interface language, taxes and jurisdiction, payment systems, currencies and legal pages. We make the terms of use and privacy policy as templates; your lawyer does the final check. We work with clients from Europe, the US, the UK, the UAE and Kazakhstan.
- MVP development in Germany, Spain and other countries. We work remotely, so the city does not matter. We adapt the language and legal pages to your country.
AI support bot for your websiteThe bot answers new clients' common questions and hands difficult cases over to you, without making the client wait.€1 490Details
We train the bot on your materials, connect it to the site and pass difficult questions to your staff. Useful if support gets many similar requests.
Timeline: 1 week
iOS and Android appAn app for your clients on the same foundation as the service. Publishing in the app stores is included.+ from €9 900Details
We build one app for both platforms, connect it to your system, prepare the description and screenshots and submit it to the stores. The Apple Developer ($99 a year) and Google Play ($25 one time) accounts are registered in your name and paid directly. The total depends on the number of screens; we give the quote after the brief.
Timeline: from 6 weeks
CRM integrationNew clients and subscriptions go straight into your records system, and nothing is moved by hand.+ from €690Details
We set up data transfer from the product to your CRM: a new customer, a request, a payment. You need it if managers already work in a CRM and do not want to move data by hand.
Timeline: 3 days
SupportWe monitor operation, make backups, install updates and make improvements according to an agreed plan.individualDetails
After launch we look at what the system needs: what to monitor, how often to update, which improvements are planned. We name the monthly price in advance. There is no hourly billing.
Timeline: after launch
Paid separately, not by us: Domain, about €10–15 per year · Service subscriptions at their own rates, costs grow with the number of clients · Payment provider fees · Ad budget to attract the first clients. All add-ons →
Turnkey promotion: where your customers will come from
A platform does not attract users by itself: channels bring them in.
A platform earns when people sign up and pay. Turnkey promotion: search and articles, emails for new users, ads and partners. The report shows the path from visit to payment for each channel.
Most often we start with search and an email sequence: they keep working after the ads are switched off.
Turnkey promotion: stages and prices
Every month you get a report: how many requests came in and what each one cost. You pay the ad budget directly to the platforms.
So customers keep coming every month, not just on launch day
We will choose 1–3 channels for your business and budget, launch them, and show you every month what a request costs.
How we develop SaaS from scratch
The steps switch automatically, or click any of them to read more.
We start with an architecture session: we describe the user, the main task, the pricing plans and the first version. Then we build the design, the platform foundation, plans with payment and onboarding. We launch the MVP for the first customers, look at the data and decide what to develop. We name the timeline of the first version in the plan after the session; it depends on the product's complexity. See also: dedicated development team.
- What we need from you. A description of the customer and their task, examples of similar services and an understanding of what the customer will pay for. If the idea is still rough, we will help pick out the essentials at the session.
- How long an MVP takes. The timeline depends on the scope of the first version: a simple product is faster, a service with plans and roles takes longer. We name the exact timeline in the plan after the architecture session.
1. Brief
A short 15-minute questionnaire: what the business is, who it is for, what you need and by when. By voice, text or a call.
- We ask only what affects the result and the price
- Materials (logo, photos, texts) can be sent later
- We reply the same business day: what we offer, what it costs and how long it takes
2. Quote and contract
We fix the scope, price, deadline and payment schedule. The amount does not grow without your written consent.
- A contract between our company and yours, or with you personally
- Inside: the scope item by item (as on this page), deadlines, payment stages, warranty fixes
- The code, domain and service accounts are yours: it is written in the contract
- We sign online: a PDF with an e-signature, no paper and no couriers
3. Payment
We invoice your company. Pay by bank transfer or by card.
- No hidden fees: you pay for the domain and service subscriptions directly to them, with no markup from us
- Every payment is tied to a stage: you pay for what you can already see
- Closing documents: invoice and acceptance certificate
4. Trabajo con vista previa
At every stage you get a preview link: you see what is ready and leave your edits right away.
- First the product map and structure, then design, then the build
- We collect edits in one place, so nothing gets lost in the correspondence
- Questions for you come as a list with answer options: reply when it suits you
5. Review and approval
Before launch we check everything ourselves, then you approve the work against the list from the contract.
- Phones and computers, loading speed, forms and emails, payments in test mode
- Legal pages and the cookie banner are in place
- You go through the scope list and sign the acceptance certificate
6. Launch and handover
We publish on your domain and hand everything over to you: access, instructions, source files.
- Domain, email on the domain, analytics and Search Console
- Access to all accounts goes to you, we stay on by invitation
- A short guide: how to edit texts, photos and prices yourself
- After that, if you wish: support, promotion, new modules
FAQ

An MVP is part of the SaaS development logic: we define the minimal set of features at the architecture session and prepare the estimate. The price depends on the scope of the first version, not on the name.
What is a product MVP?
A minimal working version that solves one main task. It is launched to quickly get real users and data, and then developed further.
What is the difference between an MVP and a prototype?
