Mobile app development for iOS and Android with the price upfront
One project and one codebase for both platforms, published to the App Store and Google Play on your account. Packages from €10,900 with a clear timeline. If an app is too early, start with a website-as-app or a Telegram Mini App.
Mobile appsTimeline: 6–8 weeks (Apple and Google review is outside this timeline)
What an iOS and Android app looks like
You need an app when it is easier for a customer to tap an icon on the screen than open a website: orders, bookings, a personal account, notifications, a loyalty programme. We do mobile app development for startups and companies that need not a "picture in the store" but a working product with payment, login and an admin panel for the team. If you are not sure you need an app, we will tell you honestly when a website, a PWA or a bot is enough. See also: admin panel for your team.
- An app for a new product. For an idea you need to test quickly on real people, the MVP package fits: iOS and Android from one codebase, design for up to 8 screens, email or phone login and notifications.
- An app for an existing business. If you already have a website, customers and processes, the app connects to them: orders and accounts in one system, analytics, staff roles.
Approximate display: images and texts are chosen as an example. In your project the features, design and architecture will be different, built for your goals.
iOS + Android app — from €10 900
One app for iPhone and Android, built from shared code and published to the App Store and Google Play under your company's accounts. Clients get your service on their phone screen, and you get one product instead of two.
We have built platforms that apps are built on. For Trendo it is an internal currency and billing, for duck.credit scoring, KYC and an account area, for International Lyceum Discovery School role-based accounts and a CRM, for Life Wellness Wave subscriptions, ranks and 18 languages. These modules carry over to mobile projects, so you do not pay to reinvent them.
We show prices upfront, with no "individual quote" on the second call. The code, domain and store accounts are registered to you, so the app can be handed to another team. Infrastructure costs €0 at the start: Cloudflare, GitHub, Supabase and Resend, with no markup from us. And we reuse ready modules from real projects: accounts, payments, notifications.
- One codebase for both platforms. Cross-platform development on modern tools such as Flutter or React Native gives you iOS and Android from one codebase. It is faster and cheaper than two separate apps.
- Native development or cross-platform. Native development is needed for heavy graphics and deep work with the phone's hardware. For most business apps, cross-platform gives the same result for less money.
Suits: companies whose clients prefer using the service from a phone · Businesses that need notifications and a personal account on the phone · Those who tested the idea on a website or in Telegram and are ready for an app

What to add to a mobile app
Optional, now or later. The price is fixed before work starts.
The app can be built in several languages and to the rules of the target market: interface language, currency, payment systems, a privacy policy for the stores. We work with clients from Europe, Kazakhstan and Central Asia, the US and the UAE. We prepare legal pages and policy texts as templates for your country; your lawyer does the final check.
Online paymentMemberships and single classes are paid by card or Apple Pay right in the app, with no visit to the front desk.+ from €490Details
We connect a payment system for your country and currency, build a payment page and a receipt email. Useful when you want to charge for a service or access right away, without manual invoices.
Timeline: 3 days
Admin panelYour own dashboard where you change the schedule, prices and news yourself, without updating the app itself.from €9 900Details
We build a web panel where you can see users, orders and content and change them without a developer. Useful when staff manage the app.
Deadline: 3–5 weeks
App analyticsSee how many people installed the app, reached booking and came back after a week.+ from €590Details
We connect tracking of installs and in-app actions and put together a simple report. Useful for seeing where users drop off.
Timeline: 1 week
SupportWe monitor operation, make backups, install updates and make improvements according to an agreed plan.individualDetails
After launch we look at what the system needs: what to monitor, how often to update, which improvements are planned. We name the monthly price in advance. There is no hourly billing.
Timeline: after launch
Paid separately, not by us: Apple Developer account: $99 per year · Google Play Console account: $25 one-time · Payment provider fees, if you enable in-app payments · Ad budget · Subscriptions to third-party services the app connects to. All add-ons →
Turnkey promotion: where your customers will come from
Not every project needs full development right away. A website that installs on a phone like an app costs €2,490, and a Telegram Mini App starts from €3,900. If the idea works, the screens and logic move into a full app, so you do not start from zero. See also: app from a website (PWA), Telegram Mini App.
The app does not gain installs on its own: channels bring the users.
An app in the store does not gain installs on its own. Turnkey promotion: an App Store and Google Play page, install ads and bringing users back through push and email. The report shows how much an install costs and how many people stay.
We start with analytics: without it you cannot see which ads bring real users.
Turnkey promotion: stages and prices
Every month you get a report: how many requests came in and what each one cost. You pay the ad budget directly to the platforms.
So customers keep coming every month, not just on launch day
We will choose 1–3 channels for your business and budget, launch them, and show you every month what a request costs.
How mobile app creation works
The steps switch automatically, or click any of them to read more.
Our mobile app development stages are simple. First a brief and a list of screens, then design and a clickable prototype, then development with interim demos, testing on real phones and submission to the stores. You see the result at every step and decide what to change while it is still cheap. See also: architecture session before a large project.
- What we need from you before the start. A description of the idea, examples of apps you like and a person who makes decisions. We register Apple and Google developer accounts in your name; fees are paid directly to the stores.
- Timelines and what affects them. The timeline depends on the number of screens and integrations, not on our workload. We do not include store review in the timeline and say so openly.
1. Brief
A short 15-minute questionnaire: what the business is, who it is for, what you need and by when. By voice, text or a call.
- We ask only what affects the result and the price
- Materials (logo, photos, texts) can be sent later
- We reply the same business day: what we offer, what it costs and how long it takes
2. Quote and contract
We fix the scope, price, deadline and payment schedule. The amount does not grow without your written consent.
- A contract between our company and yours, or with you personally
- Inside: the scope item by item (as on this page), deadlines, payment stages, warranty fixes
- The code, domain and service accounts are yours: it is written in the contract
- We sign online: a PDF with an e-signature, no paper and no couriers
3. Payment
We invoice your company. Pay by bank transfer or by card.
- No hidden fees: you pay for the domain and service subscriptions directly to them, with no markup from us
- Every payment is tied to a stage: you pay for what you can already see
- Closing documents: invoice and acceptance certificate
4. Trabajo con vista previa
At every stage you get a preview link: you see what is ready and leave your edits right away.
- First the product map and structure, then design, then the build
- We collect edits in one place, so nothing gets lost in the correspondence
- Questions for you come as a list with answer options: reply when it suits you
5. Review and approval
Before launch we check everything ourselves, then you approve the work against the list from the contract.
- Phones and computers, loading speed, forms and emails, payments in test mode
- Legal pages and the cookie banner are in place
- You go through the scope list and sign the acceptance certificate
6. Launch and handover
We publish on your domain and hand everything over to you: access, instructions, source files.
- Domain, email on the domain, analytics and Search Console
- Access to all accounts goes to you, we stay on by invitation
- A short guide: how to edit texts, photos and prices yourself
- After that, if you wish: support, promotion, new modules
FAQ
How much does mobile app development cost?
An MVP for iOS and Android is €10,900, the Business package €23,900, Premium from €54,900. Prices do not depend on where you came from: they are on this page. The total depends on the number of screens and integrations, and we name it before work starts.
How do I create a mobile app and where do I start?
Describe the idea and list what the user should be able to do in the app. Then we build the list of screens together, make the design and prototype, and only then write code. You do not need to understand the technology.
How long does it take to create an app?
An MVP takes 6–8 weeks, Business 10–14 weeks, Premium from 4 months. Apple and Google review is separate and not included in these terms. We do not promise a date until we know the number of screens.
What is the difference between native and cross-platform development?
A native app is written separately for iOS and Android, a cross-platform one from a single codebase. For most business tasks the second approach works and costs less. The native route is for games, heavy graphics and non-standard device features.
Who owns the app and the code?
You do. We register the App Store and Google Play accounts, the domain and the code repository in your name, so you can change contractor without losing anything.
Will you publish the app to the App Store and Google Play yourselves?
Yes, submission to both stores is included in the MVP package. If you only need descriptions, screenshots and submission, that is a separate service for €390. Apple and Google decide on publication; we fix review comments.
Can I start with a cheaper version first?
Yes. A website as an app (PWA) costs €2,490 and a Telegram Mini App starts from €3,900; both test the idea faster and cheaper. If the idea is confirmed, we develop it into a store app.
Do you work with clients from other countries?
Yes. The interface and legal texts can be prepared in the languages you need, and the work is done in Russian, English and other languages by agreement. We choose payment systems and policies for your market.
