Platforms and SaaSDeadline: from 8 weeks
What a community platform looks like
A chat or social media group works for a start, but content, rules, member status and the link to payments soon get lost. If you are building a club, a learning programme, a partner network or an internal company culture, you need a platform with profiles, a feed and a rewards system. Gamification means game mechanics in a non-game setting: points, ranks, achievements, leaderboards and tasks that keep people interested in taking action.
- Gamification in plain words. A person gets points, levels and rewards for useful actions. It works in learning, sales, clubs and teams when rewards are tied to real value.
- How gamification increases engagement. Visible progress and a clear next goal encourage people to come back. What matters is that the rules are fair and the rewards are worth the effort.
Approximate display: images and texts are chosen as an example. In your project the features, design and architecture will be different, built for your goals.
Community, ranks and gamification — from €40 700
A platform where people chat, earn points and rewards and move up in ranks. Members come back because they see their progress and talk with like-minded people.
Life Wellness Wave: ranks, gamification, 18 languages, an LMS, subscriptions and an SEO blog. A financial planning portal (prototype): a club, academy, calculators and a quiz funnel. GRONO: a cashback platform for private education, where users earn rewards. These projects show how engagement combines with learning, payment and roles. See also: learning platform.
- What can be used as a base. Ranks, points crediting, profiles and subscriptions are already written. We will show how to adapt them to your project.
We show the price upfront, with no quote on request. The design is made for your brand, not from a template. The code in your repository, the domain and service accounts are registered to you. Infrastructure costs €0 at launch, and we use ready modules from our own projects: ranks, points, feed and events do not have to be written from scratch. See also: marketplace development.
- Gamification as part of the platform, not a separate plugin. Points and ranks are linked to learning, payment and roles, so rewards can be tied to users' real actions.
Suits: clubs and interest communities · Companies building a loyalty program through play · Educational and wellness projects with a long member journey

Turnkey promotion: where your customers will come from
A community can be monetised with paid tiers, members-only content, events, training and an affiliate programme. We build these options into the platform so you can switch them on as you grow. See also: paid subscriptions and club.
- Where to start with monetisation. With one paid tier and a clear benefit for the member. Add the rest when you see interest.
A platform does not attract users by itself: channels bring them in.
A platform earns when people sign up and pay. Turnkey promotion: search and articles, emails for new users, ads and partners. The report shows the path from visit to payment for each channel.
Most often we start with search and an email sequence: they keep working after the ads are switched off.
Turnkey promotion: stages and prices
Every month you get a report: how many requests came in and what each one cost. You pay the ad budget directly to the platforms.
So customers keep coming every month, not just on launch day
We will choose 1–3 channels for your business and budget, launch them, and show you every month what a request costs.
How we develop a community and rewards system
The steps switch automatically, or click any of them to read more.
We start by asking why people come and what should happen on the platform. We draw a map of actions, choose mechanics and work out how they affect each other. Then we make the design, the platform core and the points and ranks module, and launch first with a small group. Based on its reaction we refine the rules and rewards. See also: architecture session.
- How not to overload members. A couple of clear mechanics are enough at the start. We remove surplus rules so gamification helps rather than annoys.
1. Brief
A short 15-minute questionnaire: what the business is, who it is for, what you need and by when. By voice, text or a call.
- We ask only what affects the result and the price
- Materials (logo, photos, texts) can be sent later
- We reply the same business day: what we offer, what it costs and how long it takes
2. Quote and contract
We fix the scope, price, deadline and payment schedule. The amount does not grow without your written consent.
- A contract between our company and yours, or with you personally
- Inside: the scope item by item (as on this page), deadlines, payment stages, warranty fixes
- The code, domain and service accounts are yours: it is written in the contract
- We sign online: a PDF with an e-signature, no paper and no couriers
3. Payment
We invoice your company. Pay by bank transfer or by card.
- No hidden fees: you pay for the domain and service subscriptions directly to them, with no markup from us
- Every payment is tied to a stage: you pay for what you can already see
- Closing documents: invoice and acceptance certificate
4. Trabajo con vista previa
At every stage you get a preview link: you see what is ready and leave your edits right away.
- First the product map and structure, then design, then the build
- We collect edits in one place, so nothing gets lost in the correspondence
- Questions for you come as a list with answer options: reply when it suits you
5. Review and approval
Before launch we check everything ourselves, then you approve the work against the list from the contract.
- Phones and computers, loading speed, forms and emails, payments in test mode
- Legal pages and the cookie banner are in place
- You go through the scope list and sign the acceptance certificate
6. Launch and handover
We publish on your domain and hand everything over to you: access, instructions, source files.
- Domain, email on the domain, analytics and Search Console
- Access to all accounts goes to you, we stay on by invitation
- A short guide: how to edit texts, photos and prices yourself
- After that, if you wish: support, promotion, new modules
FAQ
How much does a community platform with gamification cost?
Community, ranks and gamification start from €40,700. The final price depends on the number of mechanics, roles and integrations. We give an exact quote after an architecture session at €3,500, which is credited toward the project.
What is gamification?
It is the use of game mechanics, such as points, ranks, badges and rewards, in non-game tasks: learning, sales, clubs and teamwork. The goal is to sustain interest and repeat actions.
How do I create an online community and where do I start?
Define who it is for and why people will come, and launch with a small group. We help at the architecture session: we describe scenarios, mechanics and the first version of the platform.
Which gamification should I choose for business?
The kind that rewards actions that matter for results: learning, purchases, referrals, completing tasks. We pick two or three mechanics at the start and expand the set as you grow.
How do I launch a referral programme?
You need to define the reward, give members links and count clicks and purchases. The platform does this automatically, and you change the crediting rules in the admin panel.
How is a referral programme different from an affiliate programme?
A referral programme is usually for customers and members recommending to friends. An affiliate programme is for bloggers and companies with ongoing commission. The platform can support both schemes.
How much does it cost to create your own social network?
A community with profiles, a feed and events starts from €40,700. A large social network with a mass audience and complex moderation is scoped separately after an architecture session.
Who owns the platform and member data?
You do. The code in your repository, the database and the accounts are registered to you, and you can develop the project with any team.
