Website with a client portal: orders, documents and payments behind one sign-in
Clients ask where their order is, where the documents are and when to pay, and managers answer by email. We add a customer portal to your website where clients see their own data themselves.

What a client portal on a website looks like
If clients regularly ask for an order status, a statement, an invoice or a contract, part of that work can be removed. In a customer portal the client signs in under their own name and sees their orders, documents and payments. Managers are freed from repeated questions, and the client gets an answer at any time. See also: corporate portal.
- For service and B2B companies. The client sees service statuses, invoices and closing documents in one place.
- For companies with repeat orders. The portal keeps the order history and lets the client repeat an order without a call.
Approximate display: images and texts are chosen as an example. In your project the features, design and architecture will be different, built for your goals.
Website with a client portal — + from €2 490
Your website gets a personal portal: clients log in and see their orders, documents and payments. Fewer calls and emails asking “how is my order doing?”
For International Lyceum Discovery School we built role-based portals and a CRM. For duck.credit we built a fintech platform with a portal, scoring, KYC and a CRM. These are different industries, but the principle is the same: everyone signs in and sees their own. See also: web app and user accounts, turnkey platform.
The price is known upfront, and the code, domain and accounts are registered in your name. Infrastructure costs €0 at the start (Cloudflare, GitHub, Supabase, Resend). We have already built portals with roles in real projects and reuse ready modules from them.
- A portal inside a ready-made CRM or your own. A portal in a ready-made CRM launches faster but looks like that CRM and is limited by its plan. Your own portal in your style is more flexible and belongs to you.
Good for: companies with regular clients and repeat orders · Businesses that regularly send clients contracts and acts · Those who want to show work status without manual emails

Turnkey promotion: where your customers will come from
A website does not bring customers by itself: channels do.
A website does not bring customers by itself: channels do. We can take on turnkey promotion: choose 1–3 channels for your business, launch them, and show you every month how many requests came in and what each one cost.
Starting with one channel is fine. For a website this is usually Google search and maps, then ads and social media.
Turnkey promotion: stages and prices
Every month you get a report: how many requests came in and what each one cost. You pay the ad budget directly to the platforms.
So customers keep coming every month, not just on launch day
We will choose 1–3 channels for your business and budget, launch them, and show you every month what a request costs.
How client portal development works
The steps switch automatically, or click any of them to read more.
First we find out what clients want to see and where to get that data: CRM, accounting, spreadsheets. Then we design the portal, create the visual design and connect it to the data sources. The timeline depends on scope and is given after the brief. It counts from the moment we receive the brief, materials and access. See also: custom CRM for your processes.
1. Brief
A short 15-minute questionnaire: what the business is, who it is for, what you need and by when. By voice, text or a call.
- We ask only what affects the result and the price
- Materials (logo, photos, texts) can be sent later
- We reply the same business day: what we offer, what it costs and how long it takes
2. Quote and contract
We fix the scope, price, deadline and payment schedule. The amount does not grow without your written consent.
- A contract between our company and yours, or with you personally
- Inside: the scope item by item (as on this page), deadlines, payment stages, warranty fixes
- The code, domain and service accounts are yours: it is written in the contract
- We sign online: a PDF with an e-signature, no paper and no couriers
3. Payment
We invoice your company. Pay by bank transfer or by card.
- No hidden fees: you pay for the domain and service subscriptions directly to them, with no markup from us
- Every payment is tied to a stage: you pay for what you can already see
- Closing documents: invoice and acceptance certificate
4. Trabajo con vista previa
At every stage you get a preview link: you see what is ready and leave your edits right away.
- First the product map and structure, then design, then the build
- We collect edits in one place, so nothing gets lost in the correspondence
- Questions for you come as a list with answer options: reply when it suits you
5. Review and approval
Before launch we check everything ourselves, then you approve the work against the list from the contract.
- Phones and computers, loading speed, forms and emails, payments in test mode
- Legal pages and the cookie banner are in place
- You go through the scope list and sign the acceptance certificate
6. Launch and handover
We publish on your domain and hand everything over to you: access, instructions, source files.
- Domain, email on the domain, analytics and Search Console
- Access to all accounts goes to you, we stay on by invitation
- A short guide: how to edit texts, photos and prices yourself
- After that, if you wish: support, promotion, new modules
