What it could look like
While the group is small, a chat is enough. Once you add paid tiers, members-only content, events, a partner structure and payouts, the chat turns into chaos. Your own community platform gives members profiles and clear rules, and gives you control over data and payments.
- Who it is for. Subscription clubs, professional associations, private communities, partner and referral networks.
- Private community website. A private community website with login, access levels and materials for members only.
Approximate display: images and texts are chosen as an example. In your project the features, design and architecture will be different, built for your goals.
Communities and partner networks — from €24 800
Private community website with paid membership, ranks and a partner network: subscriptions from €24,800, gamified community from €40,700. Start from €3,500.
Ready-made services charge per member and do not let you change the rules for ranks and payouts. Your own platform gives you your logic, your brand and your data. We do not build from scratch what already works: the rank system and gamification already exist in our Life Wellness Wave project.
- Experience with three-sided systems. GRONO connects families, venues and partners with points cashback and split payments.
What the solution is made of
The solution is assembled from the services in the "Services" menu. Click a card to open the service page with an example and a price.
Membership and clubs from €24,800: paid access tiers, recurring payments, members-only content. Community, ranks and gamification from €40,700: profiles, feed, events, points and rewards. The partner structure and payouts are designed in the €3,500 architecture session, which is credited towards the project. - Website for associations. If you need a public website for an association with news and membership by application, a business website at €2,490 may be enough as a first step.
Members from different countries see the platform in their own language, and payments are set up for each market. Life Wellness Wave runs in 18 languages. We prepare legal pages for each country, and your lawyer reviews them. See also: Telegram bot.
- Community Telegram bot. Notifications about events, new materials and payouts in a Telegram bot for €690.
Turnkey promotion: where your customers will come from
After launch the focus is retention: email campaigns from €690, events, new tiers. If members learn from you, add courses: see the solution for online schools. See also: solution for online schools.
- Mobile app. An iOS and Android app from €9,900, for when members want your community on their phones.
A platform does not attract users by itself: channels bring them in.
A platform earns when people sign up and pay. Turnkey promotion: search and articles, emails for new users, ads and partners. The report shows the path from visit to payment for each channel.
Most often we start with search and an email sequence: they keep working after the ads are switched off.
Turnkey promotion: stages and prices
Every month you get a report: how many requests came in and what each one cost. You pay the ad budget directly to the platforms.
So customers keep coming every month, not just on launch day
We will choose 1–3 channels for your business and budget, launch them, and show you every month what a request costs.
How we work: the same in every category
The steps switch automatically, or click any of them to read more.
We start with a product map: roles, tiers, rules for payouts and access. Then a prototype, design, development with preview links, content, test payments and launch. Payment in stages: 50% at the start, 25% after the map and design, 25% after acceptance.
- Payout rules. How points, ranks and partner rewards are calculated is fixed before development. This prevents disputes with members.
1. Brief
A short 15-minute questionnaire: what the business is, who it is for, what you need and by when. By voice, text or a call.
- We ask only what affects the result and the price
- Materials (logo, photos, texts) can be sent later
- We reply the same business day: what we offer, what it costs and how long it takes
2. Quote and contract
We fix the scope, price, deadline and payment schedule. The amount does not grow without your written consent.
- A contract between our company and yours, or with you personally
- Inside: the scope item by item (as on this page), deadlines, payment stages, warranty fixes
- The code, domain and service accounts are yours: it is written in the contract
- We sign online: a PDF with an e-signature, no paper and no couriers
3. Payment
We invoice your company. Pay by bank transfer or by card.
- No hidden fees: you pay for the domain and service subscriptions directly to them, with no markup from us
- Every payment is tied to a stage: you pay for what you can already see
- Closing documents: invoice and acceptance certificate
4. Trabajo con vista previa
At every stage you get a preview link: you see what is ready and leave your edits right away.
- First the product map and structure, then design, then the build
- We collect edits in one place, so nothing gets lost in the correspondence
- Questions for you come as a list with answer options: reply when it suits you
5. Review and approval
Before launch we check everything ourselves, then you approve the work against the list from the contract.
- Phones and computers, loading speed, forms and emails, payments in test mode
- Legal pages and the cookie banner are in place
- You go through the scope list and sign the acceptance certificate
6. Launch and handover
We publish on your domain and hand everything over to you: access, instructions, source files.
- Domain, email on the domain, analytics and Search Console
- Access to all accounts goes to you, we stay on by invitation
- A short guide: how to edit texts, photos and prices yourself
- After that, if you wish: support, promotion, new modules
