Multilingual website: translation, editing and SEO in every language
Want customers in Germany, Spain or Poland to read your site in their language and find it in local search? We add a language for €290: with translation, editing and separate SEO setup.
Website creationTimeline: 2–4 days per language
What a multilingual website looks like
One language limits your market: customers in another country search for a service in their language and never reach you. A multilingual website is needed when you sell in several countries, open a company in Europe, or need website localization for a new market. Automatic in-browser page translation does not replace language versions for search. See also: business card website, entering a new market.
- For companies entering new markets. A German customer needs German text and an Impressum, a Spanish one needs Spanish and local legal pages. We adapt not only words but also wording, currency and contacts.
- For those who already have a site. If your site is built, we add languages to it: website translation turnkey, a language switcher and separate page URLs for search.
Approximate display: images and texts are chosen as an example. In your project the features, design and architecture will be different, built for your goals.
Multilingual website — + €290 per language
We add a new language to your site: translation, editing and separate search setup for that language. Visitors switch languages with one button.
For Life Wellness Wave we built a platform in 18 languages with an SEO blog. We bring the experience of working with many language versions to smaller sites too. See also: website for an EU company, multilingual blog.
- Modules from real projects. We reuse the language switcher and URL structure from projects that already work, rather than writing them from scratch.
The price for each language is named upfront, not counted "per word". The code, domain and accounts are registered to you, and the translations remain your texts. The site editor lets you change any language version yourself. See also: bilingual business website.
- A bilingual site as part of a business website. The €2,490 business website already includes 2 languages. If you need a third and beyond, we add them at €290 each.
Good fit for: You're entering a new market or country · You work with clients from different countries · You want the site to be found in search in several languages
What a €290 language includes: translation, editing, SEO
One price for the whole list: no extra charges for hours or individual items.
Website translation costs a fixed €290 per language. The price includes translating the texts, editing by a native or subject editor, and separate SEO setup for that language version: titles, descriptions and page URLs. The languages we connect are Russian, English, Ukrainian, Spanish, German and Polish.
- Translation and editing, not machine text. A person reads the pages and makes them natural. That way the site sounds like a local company, not like a translation.
- Separate SEO setup per language. Each language gets its own titles and descriptions for local searches, not a copy of someone else's keywords.
- Translation with editingTexts are translated and proofread by a native speaker, so they read as if written in that language, not machine-translated.
- Choice of six languagesThe visitor immediately sees the site is available in their language and stays on it.
- Language switcherA button on every page, and the choice is remembered: people don't have to look for the language again.
- Separate page addressesEach version has its own addresses, for example /en/ and /de/, so each is found in search in its own language.
- Forms and emails in the client's languageThe form works in every language, and replies and emails go to the person in their language.
- Search setup for each languageHeadlines, descriptions and language tags for search engines. You can see which pages are ready.
- Legal pages in languagesThe privacy policy and terms are translated and adapted to the country. Your lawyer does the final check.
Approximate display: images and texts are chosen as an example. In your project the features, design and architecture will be different, built for your goals.
What to add to a multilingual website
Optional, now or later. The price is fixed before work starts.
For search engines to show a German visitor the German version and a Spanish visitor the Spanish one, pages are linked with the hreflang tag. It is a technical note in the code that tells search engines the pages are versions of the same one. We set up hreflang, separate URLs for each language and the switcher, and it is included in the price. See also: international SEO.
- What hreflang is, in simple terms. It is a hint for Google: "this page is in German, and here is its English version". Without it, languages can compete with each other in results.
- Multilingual SEO best practices. A separate URL for each language, translated titles, local keywords, a clear switcher and links between versions. It is better not to detect the language automatically and redirect people without a choice.

Turnkey promotion: where your customers will come from
A website does not bring customers by itself: channels do.
A website does not bring customers by itself: channels do. We can take on turnkey promotion: choose 1–3 channels for your business, launch them, and show you every month how many requests came in and what each one cost.
Starting with one channel is fine. For a website this is usually Google search and maps, then ads and social media.
Turnkey promotion: stages and prices
Every month you get a report: how many requests came in and what each one cost. You pay the ad budget directly to the platforms.
So customers keep coming every month, not just on launch day
We will choose 1–3 channels for your business and budget, launch them, and show you every month what a request costs.
How we build a multilingual website
The steps switch automatically, or click any of them to read more.
First we choose the languages and pages to translate, then we prepare translations, editing and SEO setup. We show a draft of each language version, make revisions and publish. The timeline depends on the number of pages and languages, and we name it before work starts.

- Materials (logo, photos, texts) can be sent later
- We reply the same business day: what we offer, what it costs and how long it takes

- We collect edits in one place, so nothing gets lost in the correspondence
- Questions for you come as a list with answer options: reply when it suits you
5. Review and approval
Before launch we check everything ourselves, then you approve the work against the list from the contract.
- Phones and computers, loading speed, forms and emails, payments in test mode
- Legal pages and the cookie banner are in place

FAQ
How much does it cost to translate a website into another language?
€290 per language: translation, editing and separate SEO setup of the language version. The price does not depend on a character count; we fix the terms in advance.
What is hreflang?
It is a technical note in the page code that tells search engines the page has versions in other languages. Thanks to it, a visitor from Germany sees the German version rather than the English one. We set up hreflang for all languages of the site.
How do I make a website multilingual?
You need separate pages for each language, translations, a switcher and hreflang. If you already have a site, we add languages to it; if not, we build it multilingual from the start.
How is localization different from translation?
Translation replaces words; localization adapts the site to local habits: wording, legal pages, currency, phone and address formats. We do localization, not only translation.
Do I need a separate domain for each language?
Usually not: languages live on one domain in separate sections, for example /de or /es. It is simpler and cheaper. Separate domains are rarely needed, and we discuss this in advance.
Which languages can be connected?
Russian, English, Ukrainian, Spanish, German and Polish. For other languages we discuss the possibility and cost in advance.
Can I add a language later?
Yes, the site's design and structure allow it. A new language costs €290 regardless of when you order it.
Who owns the translations and the site?
You do. The texts, code, domain and accounts are registered to you, and you can change any language version in the editor.
